Version 3.2 enables IT teams to manage and diagnose mobile workforce connectivity issues related to devices and networks for employees around the world. The company also added support for iOS 9, Android 6.0 and Windows 10.

NetMotion Diagnostics equips IT teams with the tools they need to proactively manage, troubleshoot and optimize mobile user experiences for employees around the world by identifying root causes of problems occurring with devices and networks they do not own, control or manage. It delivers deep analysis to pinpoint causes of problems such as excessive latency, poor signal quality, unresponsive application servers, VPN connections, GPS and dropped connections.In addition, Diagnostics captures, tracks, and provides comprehensive, actionable reports on devices, network coverage, performance, and usage.
Whats new in Diagnostics 3.2?
International Support: NetMotion Diagnostics deployments now support a combination of clients running in different locales. Data elements (phone numbers, country prefixes, data/time values, etc.) are shown in formats appropriate for their local market: Japanese, French, Italian, German, and Spanish locations. And translations into foreign languages are in progress for 2016.
Expanded Operating System Support: Diagnostics clients support the latest mobile platforms from Apple, Google and MicrosoftiOS 9, Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), and Windows 10.
Faster Reporting and Administration: The time required to display Diagnostics reports has been significantly reduced, an average of twice as fast. Database maintenance activities are up to 10 times faster, and daily backups are up to six times faster.
Improved GPS Data Collection: Configuring GPS data collection is much easier when using Mifi devices.
Expanded Wireless Card and Device Support: The client adds support for a host of new devices such as Cypress, Dell, Franklin, Harris, Microsoft, Netgear, Novatel, and ZTE.
